This is a pilot initiative by the Malay Focus Group (MFG) under one of their three core programme: Outreach Programme. The aim of these Grand Event is to commemorate the beauty of Malay Culture and to make Jurong Spring as the HUB of Malay Culture. This event will be held annually at Jurong Spring CC. This will also be a platform for JSCC Malay Interest Group to perform and engage with residents. It will give the IG an opportunity to recruit more residents to participate and be a member.
About the first theme: Remembering the Great Artist “Mengenang Seniman Agung”. Creating a whole different atmosphere to engage with multi-generation residents of all races on different themes. In year 2021, we focused on Remembering Great Artist particularly “P.Ramlee”. In year 2022, we did a theme on- Tak Lapok Zaman.
